Power Pump Class
This class is designed with men and women in mind and offers a vigorous weight workout to music. Moves are synchronized, focusing strictly on the shoulders, biceps, triceps, and legs. If you are wanting to tone and strengthen those hard to tone areas, this class is for you.

Step-N-Strike Class
A combination of step aerobics, combined with basic kick boxing moves. This is a basic class designed to accommodate those who enjoy step aerobics with a little kick!

Kickboxing Class
Are you looking for a high-energy workout that will get your body into shape? Then this class is for you. This class combines an aerobic workout, kickboxing, core strength training and a whole lot more.

Yoga
This class will improve circulation, regulate metabolism, improve flexibility and coordination. It will lengthen muscles as it increases muscle and bone density.

Pilates
This mat class will focus on breathing management, core stabilization, tension release, and body symmetry. This modern approach to body conditioning will keep you on the cutting edge of fitness. Expect to be trim and toned.
