Employee benefits are an important component of the County’s total compensation package. With nearly 3000 benefit-eligible employees, we understand that the needs and priorities of our workforce are diverse and dynamic. It is the County’s goal to offer benefits that support personal choice, maximize the value of both employee and employer dollars, and assist employees in achieving balance between their work and personal lives.

In the ongoing process of evaluating and reviewing our benefit offerings, we believe it is important to give employees an opportunity to provide feedback. For the last two years we have offered a survey designed to collect demographic information, measure satisfaction with current plans and programs, and gauge the importance of various benefits to employees and their families.
