The Educational Reimbursement Review Committee (ERRC)
The ERRC consists of two standing members (the Benefits Manager and the Benefits Administrator), and three other members selected by the standing members.
Review of Educational Reimbursement Requests
The ERRC will review requests three times annually, for spring, summer and fall semester classes.

In order to be eligible for reimbursement, grade reports and tuition receipts must be received in OFM-Benefits within six weeks from the end of the semester.
Tuition receipts must be paid receipts (not balance owing) from the institution showing class(es) taken, semester/year, and tuition cost (must be able to identify specific cost for specific course). Documentation received after the designated dates will not be accepted and no reimbursement will be made.
Other Important Information
It is your responsibility as an employee to follow through with your department to be sure the Educational Reimbursement Request form has been forwarded to OFM-Benefits. Educational Reimbursement Request forms must be completed fully to be considered. Incomplete forms will be returned and resubmitted forms will be considered only if time and funds permit.
