HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN

Employees have a choice of three self-funded Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Kansas City health plans. The plans differ in physician networks, payment levels, and premium costs to accommodate a variety of health care needs. All plans include prescription benefits.

If you have questions about your health insurance you may contact OFM-Benefits or call a Blue Cross/Blue Shield (BC/BS) Claims Specialist:

Talk to a BC/BS Specialist during an on-site visit. (No appointment necessary.)
Call BC/BS customer service at (816) 395-3558.
Visit Blue Cross/Blue Shield online.

Please contact BC/BS directly if you have claim questions, need new insurance cards, need to make a name/address change, or need to change your Primary Care Physician (PCP).
