Onvia is an internet bid notification network used by Johnson County to post all of its Invitations for Bid (IFB) and Requests for Proposal (RFP). It provides our suppliers easy access to all of our formal procurement notices. Suppliers have two ways to access Onvia notifications. They may access our IFBs and RFPs through the County website at no cost, or, if they wish, they may subscribe to Onvia services and receive automatic procurement notifications on the day they are issued by Johnson County. In addition to viewing IFB/RFP notifications on-line, suppliers will also be able to view bid tabulations of contracts previously awarded by Johnson County. This will allow them to analyze past award information and use that information when preparing future bids. Onvia may be contacted at: 1-800-711-1712.
