The Office of Financial Management (OFM) is located in downtown Olathe Kansas in the Administration Building at 111 S. Cherry, suite 2400. The Administration building is the red brick building with the clock tower on the north end. The Johnson County Courthouse is just to the north of the Administration building across the Courthouse square. The complex of the Administration Building, the Courthouse, and the Square share the city block with Kansas Avenue to the west, Cherry street to the East, Loula to the south and Santa Fe to the north. Parking can be found in various lots surrounding the complex. There is also a free parking garage located at the northeast corner of Loula and Cherry.

While office hours for Johnson County are generally considered to be from 8 AM until 5 PM Monday through Friday there are, as always, exceptions. Several agencies have different holiday schedules and others operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
County administration offices are closed the following holidays.
