| Johnson County continues to offer in 2010 a CDHP as an additional coverage option, in conjunction with the HMO and PPO plan options, to maximize choices for employees and their families. | |
| The CDHP has two components: | |

| Johnson County provides a match to the employee contributions to the HSA not to exceed $250 for Individual Coverage and $500 for dependent coverage tiers. | |
To enroll in the CDHP, an employee needs to select the QHDHP and HSA options when entering his/er on-line open enrollment elections. To establish your HSA account, click on the link below which takes you to the UMB web-site. |
